Privacy policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
This policy covers warehousebuilder.realitymatters.studio, the website for Warehouse Builder. This site is run by RealityMatters Inc, a company based in the United States. RealityMatters Inc is responsible for the personal data described here, and its contact details are under "Contact" below. Because we are based in the United States, personal data about visitors in the EU can be processed there.
What do we collect?
When you visit. Our server keeps standard logs: your IP address, the page or file you asked for, the date and time, and your browser type.
If you accept analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people read and how they found us. It loads only after you click Accept on our cookie banner, and nothing loads before that. Once you accept, Google sets two cookies, _ga and _ga_ZTR3NEC1NM, which can last up to two years and let us recognize a returning visitor. Google signals and ad personalization are switched off, so none of this feeds advertising. For visitors in the EU, Google states that Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
Your banner choice is saved in your browser as wb_consent, so we don't ask on every page. It stays on your device.
If you ask for a quote. The form asks for your name, work email, company, and what you're planning. Right now the form isn't connected, so nothing you type is sent or stored. You don't have to give us any personal data to read this site. If you ask for a quote or book a call, we need your name and email to reply. Without them we can't answer you.
If you book a call. The booking calendar comes from Google and loads only when you open it. From that moment Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. To book, you give your name and email, and the appointment lands in our calendar.
There are no ads, social media pixels or chat tools on this site.
Why do we use it?
- Server logs keep the site running and secure. That's our legitimate interest, and you can object to it.
- Analytics shows us which pages help visitors, and runs only with your consent.
- Quote requests and bookings let us answer you and prepare the call or proposal you asked for, which is a step you asked us to take before a possible contract.
We don't sell your data. We use quote requests and bookings only to answer them.
Who sees it?
Our RealityMatters team sees it, along with the companies that run parts of the site for us:
- Combell (Belgium) hosts the site and keeps the server logs.
- Google runs Google Analytics and the booking calendar. Google also provides our email and calendar (Google Workspace), which carry quote requests and your messages to us. Google may process this data in the United States. It's certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We hand data to authorities only when the law requires it.
How long do we keep it?
- Server logs: only as long as needed to keep the site running and secure. The exact period is set in our hosting account at Combell.
- Analytics: Google keeps event-level data for two months and visitor-level data for up to 14 months. Reports built from totals are not affected.
- Quote requests and bookings: for as long as we're in touch, and up to two years after our last contact if no project follows. If we work together, the contract and the accounting rules that apply to us set the period.
Your choices and rights
You can change your cookie choice at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer, and analytics stops from that moment. Browser "Do Not Track" signals make no difference here, since no analytics runs until you click Accept.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you
- correct it
- delete it
- limit or stop how we use it
- send it to you in a format you can reuse
- stop using it where we rely on our legitimate interest
Write to hello@realitymatters.studio and we'll answer within one month. If you're in the EU and not happy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority in your own country. In Belgium that is the Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
Will this policy change?
If it does, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
